Delivery

Naturally, your order will be shipped quickly and securely. If the order is placed on a working day, GIANNOS TRANSPORT SL will ship it within a maximum of 7 to 15 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are 400 euros for Bulgaria.
Shipping costs are 500 euros for Romania.

Delivery times

Delivery times for Bulgaria and Romania are 7 to 15 working days.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Defective goods. What can I do about it?

On receipt of the order, the customer must check the delivery.

1 – If the goods are defective, the customer must refuse the defective packages.

2 – In case of doubt: defective packaging, crushed or open package, the customer must make precise reservations on the delivery note and ask for the carrier’s signature. It is essential to note the date and the reason for the reservation, e.g. “damaged package, such and such a product damaged”, “open package, such and such a product missing”, “crushed box, such and such a product damaged”. If you have any reservations, you must send a registered letter to the carrier within 72 hours. After this period, claims will no longer be accepted.

Return policy – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return one or more items. To do so, you can send us a retraction request by post. You will then have 14 days to return the parcel to us in its original packaging, and the return postage will be free of charge. You will be reimbursed for all sums paid, including shipping costs (provided the products are in good condition).

Guarantees

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer or importer. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part or item. Exchange or replacement does not affect the original warranty date. The warranty does not apply if the conditions of storage, installation, use and normal maintenance are not respected. In all cases, please refer to the instruction manual.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns accepted by the merchant are for defective items only. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us on the telephone number or email address below, providing details of the product and the fault.
We will advise you on how to return the product. The cost of returning the item is at the customer’s expense. We are not
responsible for any loss or damage in transit. You must also prepay shipping and insurance (if applicable) for all returns.
If the return is eligible for a refund, this will not include the shipping and handling charges indicated on the delivery note or invoice. When we receive your returned product, we will examine it and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange due to the defect. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on your original method of payment). Shipping and handling charges already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include shipping charges.

Customers can return unopened items

Returns on unopened items:
We accept returns on new, unopened items. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days have elapsed since purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges


We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 15 days of purchase on the telephone number or email address below, providing details of the product and the fault. We will advise you on how to return the product.
Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are marked on our website as non-refundable, on sale or part of a final sale.
Shipping

Process


When we receive your item, we will examine it and inform you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, whether you are eligible for a refund or an exchange.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price and apply a credit to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges already paid are non-refundable, and refunded amounts do not include shipping charges. It may take up to 30 business days after receipt of the e-mail before you see the refund on your statement.
If you qualify for an exchange, we will ship a new item to your original shipping address within 15 days.
